Proteomic analysis in EVs from luminal fluid - mouse oviduct during early pregnancy

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) were isolated from the oviductal luminal fluid at estrus, superovulation, 0.5 dpc, 1.5 dpc, and 2.5 dpc using EV trap method in the C57BL6 mouse model. Proteins were identified using LC/MS-MS analysis. The absence of a protein (indicated by a "0" value) does not necessarily mean it was not present in the sample. These proteins may be present at levels too low to be detected by our current methodology. Search your protein here. Unpublished.

Proteins were isolated from the oviductal luminal fluid at estrus, 0.5 dpc, 1.5 dpc, and 2.5 dpc with or without superovulation with 5 U of Pregnant's mare serum gonadotrophin and human chorionic gonadotropin in the C57BL6 mouse model. Bulk RNA-seq analysis of mouse oviduct during early pregnancy

Oviduct samples were collected from C57BL6 female mice at estrus, 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 days post coitus (dpc). Some females were mated with vasectomized male mice to induce pseudopregnancy. Then the oviducts were collected at 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 days of pseudopregnancy (dpp). Oviducts were dissected into Infundibulum + Ampulla (IA) or Isthmus + Uterotubal Junction (IU) regions. RNA sequencing was performed using Illumina Novaseq. Data were analyzed using Galaxy with trimmomatic, HISAT2 alignment, and featureCounts. n = 3 biological replicates. Search your gene here.
