Undergraduate Research Associate

Maria is originally from a small town in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. She is currently working to achieve a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Medical Science and Human Biology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. After graduating, she hopes to achieve a higher education utilizing lab work, preferably involving forensic science. She joined the Winuthayanon lab at Mizzou in the Spring of 2024 to pursue her interest in lab work and women’s health. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, skateboarding, video games, and exploring new places with her friends.
